About the Role
In this position, you will shape and guide both the strategic direction of our marketing efforts and the operational implementation of new systems. You’ll lead branding strategies, manage CRM and ERP systems, and take ownership of planning and implementing a new CRM from scratch. Collaborating with a Marketing Junior and an Intern, your focus will be on brand positioning, client engagement, and market-driven strategies—rather than purely product-centric marketing.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & ERP Systems
- Oversee platforms like Odoo to support marketing operations, data management, and campaign execution.
- Plan and implement a new CRM system to optimize workflows, data management, and automation.
Sales Enablement & ABM
- Partner with the sales team on account-based marketing strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Organize data and develop outreach tactics for large distributors, focusing on “sales marketing.”
Data Analysis & Structuring
- Examine and interpret marketing data to identify trends, improve strategies, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Junior and an Intern, nurturing their growth and ensuring team objectives are met.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Potentially advise the strategic partnerships department at a high strategic level.
Team Development & Growth
- After monitoring the workload and implementing the new CRM system and automation processes, develop a strategy to expand and scale the marketing team as needed.
Strategic Collaboration
- Align marketing plans with broader business goals and coordinate with sales and other teams.
Email Marketing
- Utilize tools like Klaviyo to design, execute, and analyze B2B email campaigns that drive lead nurturing.
Branding Strategies
- Devise and implement long-term branding approaches that bolster market presence and foster client loyalty.
Social Media Management
- Develop and oversee B2B-centric social media campaigns to elevate brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in wholesale, distribution, or a similar sector.
- Proven skills in sales enablement and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
- Experience implementing new CRM systems.
- Demonstrable analytical abilities to interpret data, spot trends, and drive improvements.
- Background in project management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in email marketing and campaign tools (Klaviyo preferred).
- Ad campaign management experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with change management, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills; proactive personality. thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
