Associate Supply Chain Reverse Logistics and Ops support | Pharma Industry

We are seeking a Associate Supply Chain Reverse Logistics and Ops Support to manage reverse logistics, tracking and tracing, and distribution complaints across the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize logistics processes to maintain the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate the return of Finished Drug Products (FDP) to Amgen Sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO), or warehouses, including product recalls.
- Log, investigate, and follow up on low-risk distribution complaints, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulations.
- Support tracking and tracing activities for shipments under the Global Distribution Hub, providing oversight and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Analyze alerts received from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO) and manage EU FMD alert trend reporting.
- Participate in internal and external audits and represent the team in stakeholder management meetings.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least two years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and GDP-regulated industry.
- Experience in issue handling within a logistics environment.
- Advanced communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant digital tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
