As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the face of these diverse spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every turn ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team of staff, coach them, and ensure high guest satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will be involved in operational processes, cost and inventory management.
Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the team.
  • Enhancing the guest experience and service quality.
  • Coordinating daily operational tasks.
  • Managing costs, margins, and inventory.
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop the F&B concept further.

What do you bring to the table?
You are service-oriented and a strong communicator, allowing you to interact pleasantly with both guests and colleagues. You have solid leadership skills and know how to bring structure to a dynamic work environment. You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and capable of setting priorities. Additionally, you possess strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, experience with large hotel chains such as Marriott or Hilton is a must.

  • Business level of English. Dutch is a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of wines and cocktails.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in cost management and inventory control.
  • You are flexible and work independently.
