As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring passion for hospitality within your team and working closely with management to improve operational processes. Your role includes leading the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and working actively to enhance revenue and service quality. You will collaborate with different departments to develop the menu and oversee staff training and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Leading the operational processes within the F&B departments.
- Ensuring optimal collaboration between departments and the team.
- Assisting in budget preparation and management.
- Improving service quality to deliver a WOW experience for guests.
- Actively developing new menus and operational processes.
- This is a full-time position, and you may be required to work weekends and evenings, depending on the business needs.
What do you bring to the table?
You have a passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You are communicative and have experience leading a team. You are also solution-oriented and decisive, ensuring service quality is maintained. Additionally, experience with large hotel chains such as Marriott or Hilton is a must.
- Business level of English. Dutch is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have problem-solving skills and are decisive.
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of operational management.
