Are you service oriented, solution-driven, and eager to actively contribute to your team? If so, this might be the right opportunity for you!
For one of our clients in Amsterdam, an international leader in the eyewear industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the French Market.

In this position you will be the first point of the contact for clients, providing sales support and follow ups in a dynamic daily routine.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling contact via phone and e-mail
  • Process orders using SAP
  • Support the sales representative and monitor orders and deliveries
  • Pro-actively share information with clients, such as prices and deliveries

Who are you?

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in order management
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Experience in MS Office and SAP
  • Able to prioritize work and problem solving skills
