For one of our clients in Amsterdam, an international leader in the eyewear industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the French Market.
In this position you will be the first point of the contact for clients, providing sales support and follow ups in a dynamic daily routine.
Responsibilities:
- Handling contact via phone and e-mail
- Process orders using SAP
- Support the sales representative and monitor orders and deliveries
- Pro-actively share information with clients, such as prices and deliveries
Who are you?
- Minimum of 1 year experience in order management
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in MS Office and SAP
- Able to prioritize work and problem solving skills
