That's where you come in!As our Knowledge Base Owner, you’ll be the mastermind behind keeping our knowledge base, "Together," fresh and up-to-date. Your mission is to ensure our users always have the resources they need at their fingertips, reflecting our commitment to provide a seamless experience.

Take Ownership

As Knowledge Base owner, you’ll shape the knowledge experience for each user, helping us to live up to your promise of Making Life Easy by:

• Active Listening: Analize ticket data, online sentiment, interviews, and T-NPS, to identify which Together topics will empower users like Eva to use bunq and Tricount independently.
• Automate & Adapt: Build and manage the process for creating and updating Together content using our AI, Finn, ensuring all topics align with bunq’s tone of voice, brand, and support triangle principles.
• Take Ownership: Ensure that all Together content is current with our latest product features and positioning changes, serving as a single source of truth for both users and our Superguides.
• Quality Control: Regularly review and enhance the quality of Finn’s output, improving prompts and data sources to elevate the standard of content generated.

Requirements:

• You possess a proven ability to craft engaging and effective content that consistently resonates with the target audience.
• You have demonstrated expertise in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the effectiveness and sophistication of your copywriting efforts.
• Ideally, you've built a content process from the ground up and have successfully managed it to fruition.
• You naturally think in systems, which helps you create efficient processes and structures.
