Spacious and properly furnished apartment (Kleiweg 179B) in a well sought after residential neighborhood located on the North side of Rotterdam. This neighborhood is the perfect mix between living in a quiet neighborhood and still only ten or twelve minutes with the bike to the city center of Rotterdam. Public transport is conveniently located in front of the door, a tram, and a metro is located just 10 minutes away by foot which will take you to Rotterdam (in just minutes) as well as The Hague (in under 30 minutes). Train Station Rotterdam Noord is also located just 12 minutes away on foot which will take you to Rotterdam Central station in just minutes.

Transit times to Erasmus: just over half an hour with the tram / 20 minutes by bike.

Transit times to city center: in about 15 minutes with public transport / 10 minutes by bike

The house itself has six spacious rooms spread out over three floors. Each floor has two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with either a new shower cabin or a bathtub. There’s one kitchen (6sqM) located on the first floor and there’s a large living/dining area (19sqM) with a kitchen on the top floor. There’s one small communal balcony located on the front side of the building on the first floor.

All rooms are equipped with their own TV!

The rooms:

Room 6 (this ad): Located at the backside of the apartment on the third floor. It is 14sqM in size and equipped with a 140X200 bed, a desk & chair and a built-in wardrobe.

The total rental fee plus service costs etc which is to be paid every month is 650EUR (including energy bills, furnishing, internet etc).

A mandatory (one time) administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid together with the deposit before move-in.

We offer a fixed contract on a short term lease basis, so no extension can be made after the contract has been signed.
