Description:
I am a serious partner in the ex-pat housing branch. By delivering tailormade service for a reasonable price.Only using self-owned houses and apartments in Amsterdam and Rotterdam assures guaranteed quality.
All locations are well equipped and perfectly situated with free parking and near local shops, recreational facilities, public transport, and main roads. The houses are firmly built, soundproof, and fireproof.
Specialties:
I specialize in orchestrating affordable but still adequately luxurious housing for groups of ex-pats and intl exchange students in the Rotterdam and Amsterdam area.
The Apartment:
This beautiful, nicely located, 4-room apartment will be rented out including furniture and all needed appliances and equipment. The mentioned price is on an all-inclusive basis.
The apartment has one level and is located on the 2nd floor of a small apartment complex.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a multipurpose bed), a living room with an open kitchen, and a separate toilet and bathroom. The total living space is about 90m. This listing concerns Room 1.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooking plate, an extractor hood, and a combi microwave. Furthermore, there is fast and steady WiFi and a 50" flat screen with satellite reception and IPTV available. The living room has a HEOS streaming audio set and KEF speakers. This bedroom is also supplied with an adjustable (sitting-to-standing) desk, a 32" monitor to connect to their laptop, a 40" Android TV and a HEOS-3 network speaker, so watching your own series and listening to your own music is possible too. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The balcony is accessible via the kitchen/living room. You there will enjoy the view of a small square with local shops, Ambachtsplein.
The complete apartment, except for the bedrooms, has natural stone paving with underfloor heating. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring. Due to disturbance- and hygiene issues pets are not allowed. A cleaning lady can be provided. This cleaning lady is to be paid extra.
The room:
The room is immediately available and renting is possible for a longer period of time. The minimum term is 12 months.
City council registration is possible at this address.
The tenants:
The other housemates, like you, are all internationals. They either study, work, or both.
The neighborhood:
The apartment complex has an elevator and central waste disposal. The letterbox and the buzzer are located at street level where the central entrance is. Public parking is free and widespread available.
Beneath the apartment is a local shopping center. There you will also find the metro which will take you in 7 minutes to Alexandrium shopping Mall and train station Alexander.
The Zevenhuizerplas, a recreational lake, is located 400 meters from the apartment. Access roads A12 and A20 and the Hoofdweg are close by.
The area is lively by day. But at night it's quiet and safe.
Important: HousingAnyWhere does not encourage the visiting of houses, and neither do I!
