New full kitchen available consisting of gas hob , air extractors, fridge with separate freezer
Miele dryer, Miele washing machine, central heating boiler hot/cold water
pans, pots, plates & cutlery and drinking utensils.
In the monthly rent, there is a deposit of 110 euro for the utilities. Costs can vary, so you will either get some of the deposit back or you might need to pay a little more each month for utilities. If costs turn out to be higher, the costs of the utilities will be deducted from the 2 months deposit.
