Job Description1. Customer Support· Give technical advice for products· Support customers on sales and after sales· Help installing and troubleshooting issues· Escalate to supplier in case of critical issues· Supporting customers by applicable communication channels· Register and add all customer cases into customer care system· Keep customer database updated· Other support related to Customer demand2. Training & development· Incorporate colleagues· Stay updated with information from tests and knowledge database· Sharing new and updated information in the knowledge database3. RMA and the related admin support· Admin support related to Customer support· Troubleshooting related to RMA
Requirements:
- An intermediate vocational training (MBO) or higher
- Accustomed to technical terms and devices
- Basic knowledge of database and data processing
- Call center/ Customer Service experience
- English and Dutch Support (if possible B2, C1 Dutch)
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
