Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full Order to Cash process for a assigned customer and product portfolio.
  • Strong experience in a B2B environment
  • Address and coordinate customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage regularly with internal teams, including Account Management, Planning, Logistics, and the Operations Center.
  • Maintain daily communication, both verbal and written, with external customers.
  • Contribute to and participate in internal projects to support business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German - Additional EU language is preferred
  • Experience with SAP/ERP System and/or Salesforce
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Logistics, Logistics or Internal Sales experience in an international environment
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Salary Benefits:

  • A salary of €3.500 - €3.800 per month

  • 7% Bonus per annum - this is based on the individual & company performance & not guaranteed
  • OV Chipcard to the value of €170.00 per month
  • Travel reimbursement of €0.22 per km up to the amount of €205 per month
  • 39 Hours per week
  • Hybrid work model offered (3 days in the office & 2 days from home)
  • Finish at 16:00PM every Friday
