  • Registering and processing all IT requests
  • Escalating the incidents to the Service Desk Coordinator or IT Service Providers
  • Prioritising and monitoring from start through to a successful resolution
  • Take ownership and responsibility for issues (you are the key man for them)
  • Monitoring the operations of the IT Service Desk
  • Occasionally travel between different locations to provide on-site support and assist local projects
  • Managing inventory of equipment, consumables and other supplies
  • Improve IT Customer Service, Perception and Satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Obtained at least a Vocational Degree MBO4 in ICT
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer of Help Desk Support
  • Knowledge of Windows and Office365
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, German is a pre
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year
