- Ensuring optimal functioning, monitoring processes and directing actions for the Service Desk and Workplace Support.
- Taking care of hardware replacement.
- Prepare various reports on, for example, customer satisfaction.
- Installing, configuring and monitoring applications
Requirements:
- Obtained at least Vocational Degree MBO
- Knowledge of ITIL and Active Directory
- Working experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Windows 10
- Able to work in a team with hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skill and solution-oriented
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language
Salary Benefits:
- Yearly salary between the €35.000 - €45.000
