  • Observe and resolve all incidents and service requests;
  • Install packaged software;
  • Configure and deploy PCs and work devices;
  • Assist in setting up conferences and meetings;
  • Contribute to the branding of the Service Desk in the company

Requirements:

  • Strong social skills and customer focus;
  • Experience with different kinds of hardware (Laptops and Phones);
  • Experience in working with MS Office and Windows Active Directory (create users, add groups to users, log in issues)
  • Good understanding of Certified ITIL V3.0 (certification is a pre)
  • Working experience with Windows 10 knowledge;
  • You are a social and solution-oriented person;
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year

The client is a well-known organisation in oil storage production, they are in charge of the Floating Production from design to maintenance. The headquarter is located in Schiedam, easily reached by public transportation.
