Service Desk Support

  • First point of contact for your colleagues,
  • Handling tickets for 1st & 2nd line sometimes 3rd line, or escalating the tickets to the system/network administrator,
  • Supporting the software development team,
  • Managing logins, resetting and installing applications
  • Once a week will travel to Belgium (close to Antwerp) to support the office there

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBO thinking and work level
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with systems (pre Office 365, Windows Server, AD, VMWare)
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible: 1x per 6 - 8 weeks breakdown service

Salary Benefits:
