  • Manage and resolve all incidents incoming
  • Install software packages
  • Deploy and prepare laptops and workstations
  • Assist in setting up meetings and conferences

Requirements:

  • Obtained at least MBO3 or higher preferably in IT
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • You are all about customer service and helping people gives you energy
  • Experience with hardware as well as: Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, ITIL V3
  • You like solving problems efficiently
  • You speak English and Dutch fluently

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year based on 36 hours
