- Manage and resolve all incidents incoming
- Install software packages
- Deploy and prepare laptops and workstations
- Assist in setting up meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- Obtained at least MBO3 or higher preferably in IT
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- You are all about customer service and helping people gives you energy
- Experience with hardware as well as: Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, ITIL V3
- You like solving problems efficiently
- You speak English and Dutch fluently
Salary Benefits:
- Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year based on 36 hours
