* Planning and coordinating the logistics for the Global Leadership Development Program
* Ensuring best in class support to Operating Companies around the world
* Arranging logistics for domestic and international events
* Preparation of communications to support successful program initiatives and updates
* Maintaining project trackers and records of team meetings
* Liaising and coordinating with 3rd party suppliers as required
* Providing ad-hoc support for online tools to support the delivery of programs
* Preparing and editing presentations and communications
* Providing administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
* Highly organised with experience of working in a project environment
* Flexible and able to work in changing environment
* Good communication skills
* Good relationship builder
* Proficient in Office 365. Experience with Power BI is an asset.
