AR Specialist - French

As AR Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Standardize and prepare monthly cost reporting for Executive Committee members;
• Responsible for escalation to lead or collections where appropriate
• Responsible for managing customer relationships, specifically concerning the payment of open invoices, with a focus on retaining aged and struggling accounts
• Responsible for writing up billing adjustments where applicable after research of open billing issues and providing to lead and manager for review and approval.
• Support all line of business associates including collections, billing, and clients on inquires or research.
• Responsible for procuring recurring payment information on assigned accounts.
• Ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis and supporting of our data strategy
• Process optimization on a frequent base

Requirements:

• More than two years of experience in a similar AR oriented role
• Experience within the Retail sector is a plus
• MBO (Vocational) degree or higher in Accounting / Business Administration
• Team player, analytical and pro-active mindset
• Fluent in English and French
• SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Immediately available or within two weeks
• 32 to 40 hours a week
