AP / AR specialist (Spanish)

Your day as a Accounting Assistant (AP / AR Specialist) consists of, yet is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Accounts Payable- and Receivable admin / management
- Assist with journal entries
- Support with the quarterly closings
- Partake in Financial reporting
- Assist the Finance Manager to continuously improve the systems / processes
- Process & reconcile frequent check runs
- Respond to internal/external customer & vendor inquiries
- Stakeholder management with foreign entities and the local stores
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
- MBO4 (vocational) or higher
- Team player and pro-active mindset
- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
- Proficient in Excel and additional ERP systems
- Available on a short notice
- Experience within the Retail sector is a major plus
- 32 till 40 hours a week
