Property Accountant / Lease Data Manager

  • Setup and maintain building configurations and lease contract records in Yardi in accordance with Transactions Guideline, following internal policies, procedures and shared best practices in close collaboration with Leasing- and Real Estate Customer Experience teams.
  • Establish periodical controls to ensure and maintain data accuracy, completeness and timeliness of building configurations and lease records.
  • Organize or participate in monthly catchup meetings with Leasing- and Real Estate Customer Experience teams in order to keep comprehensive overview of leasing activities pipeline and setup the right priorities.
  • Work close with Northern Europe Billing Manager to support and ensure accurate periodical billing
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with fellow Property/Leasing Data Managers under the coordination and direction of Pan European Property Data Manager to establish best practices, share ideas and recommend improvements.
  • Support and contribute to various ad hoc process improvements initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor level of (business) education
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot sheets and Smartsheet
  • Work experience in a similar position in an international environment
  • Experience in using Yardi is essential, Salesforces and Tableau is also preferred
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Self-assessment and openness to feedback
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Dutch, German or other European language is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast growing and demanding environment
