You shall:

  • Act as the first point of contact and link between the parties who are looking for a suitable quote and the executors/partners;
  • Check for accurate information on applications and answer any questions;
  • Qualify applications and requests and forward them to the appropriate partners;
  • Maintain telephone and email contact with applicants;
  • Answer applicants' complaints;
  • Take on further responsibility attune with your skill set, e.g., assist the sales team with further qualification and up-selling, if desired.

Requirements:

You are:

  • fluent in Danish
  • service orientated - previous experience with CS and/or sales
  • proactive - not afraid to actively take on new tasks and reach out to partners over the phone!
  • a people person
  • motivated
  • adaptable
  • likes working in an informal, flexible, and fast-paced work environment

Salary Benefits:
