  • Digital registration of members and data entry
  • Receive, storage and register incoming packages that are sent by the members
  • Pack and unpack products
  • General administrative tasks and support to colleagues
  • Telephone and email contact with customers
  • Create copies and filing when necessary

Requirements:

  • Is very accurate and organized
  • Language skills: English at C2 level (written, reading and spoken) any additional language is a plus (French or German)
  • Can work in a systematic manner and is proactive
  • Can handle stressful environments
  • Must be located in the Netherlands and Amsterdam already.
  • Candidates who live abroad will not be considered
  • Can work independently as well as in a team
  • Has excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Has excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Result driven
  • You will work 100% onsite (at the office) - no hybrid

Salary Benefits:

  • This is a temporary position.
  • Start date is 27 January 2025 and it's until 30 May 2025 (exact end date TBC)
  • Salary between € 2500 and € 2750 gross per month based on a 37.5 hour work week. The salary is depending on experience and education
  • Contract via Undutchables Recruitment Agency
  • Workdays Monday - Friday / Work times 09.00 – 17.00
  • Work hours 37.5 per week
  • Please note, it is essential to be able to commit until the end of the project

Remarks:

  • It is not possible to take holidays until the event (20 May - 21 May 2025). It will be possible to take some days off in consultation with the manager.
