Committed to sustainability, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences, they are now seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist to join their team and lead marketing initiatives across the Benelux region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

In this exciting and varied position, you’ll play a key role in promoting a high-quality portfolio of solutions in food, beverage, and laundry services. Your responsibilities will cover 3 main areas:

• Showroom Management: Coordinating events and workshops in the Rotterdam showroom, working alongside corporate chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Tasks include logistics, scheduling, guest list management, and hosting.
• Campaign Development: Supporting dealer managers and distributors with targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Digital Marketing: Maintaining the company website, launching lead-generation campaigns, and managing communications aimed at end users.

Who You Are

We’re seeking a self-starter who is organized, hands-on, and capable of managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an international or hospitality context.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and social media management.
