Order Management Specialist (Italian speaking)

* Manage the order-to-cash process for multiple delivery channels. This includes receiving and processing standard and sample orders, ensuring sufficient inventory for the order, confirming the order, opening order reports with detailed delivery statuses, rejections, and changes in date/quantity, assisting customers with questions, outgoing delivery of goods, ensuring credits and product improvements, and checking whether prices are set in accordance with promotions and any seasonal changes.

* Advise the Order Manager EMEA of any concerns or risks to ensure effective service delivery.

* Coordinate directly with the warehouse for repackaging, labeling, and special deliveries.

* Generate shipping documents for deliveries and consolidate loads for increased efficiency.

* Develop relationships with customers to understand their business needs.

* Build regular contacts and maintain relationships with assigned Sales Account Managers.

* Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts.

* Perform general administrative tasks.The salary indication is around € 3000,- gross per month

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have these skills and experience:

* SAP, D365 or equivalent ERP
* Order management
* Fluent in English and Italian (French be a big plus)
* Customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Works well in a team
* Good knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
