Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role involves managing a broad portfolio of clients across various industries while collaborating closely with internal teams such as product, technology, marketing, and customer success. As part of an expanding sales organization, you will be expected to quickly adapt and successfully close your first deal within 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client as a brand ambassador at events and conferences, while promoting the company's vision and leadership in the industry.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with new prospects, managing both self-sourced and provided leads to convert them into long-term customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, driving engagement and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Apply a structured sales approach to move prospects through the pipeline and close deals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by conducting research, responding to leads, and building internal and external relationships.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, targeting senior executives and multiple departments within large organizations, including Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Work closely with Business Development to grow and optimize your sales pipeline.
  • Track sales performance and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions and experience handling enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven success managing complex SaaS sales cycles, particularly for compliance or product-related software.
  • A strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas of $750K or more annually.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to generate and close new business through outbound efforts.
  • Proven experience selling to senior decision-makers and executives.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and effectively position our client’s solutions to address those needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • You must be located in the EU and have a valid work permit for the country where you are based.
