Key responsibilities:
- Respond to partner and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and find the right solutions.
- If you are unable to solve a problem, escalate the issue to the appropriate department while maintaining communication with the customer to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.
- Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our system.
Requirements:
What we expect from you:
- Have at least an MBO-level of education and thinking.
- Be capable of working independently while also being a team player.
- Be customer-oriented and work efficiently.
- Be proficient in the French language, both spoken and written.
- It knowledge is a plus!
