Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to partner and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and find the right solutions.
  • If you are unable to solve a problem, escalate the issue to the appropriate department while maintaining communication with the customer to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.
  • Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our system.

Requirements:

What we expect from you:

  • Have at least an MBO-level of education and thinking.
  • Be capable of working independently while also being a team player.
  • Be customer-oriented and work efficiently.
  • Be proficient in the French and Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • II knowledge is a plus!
