Sales Support Specialist | French

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist with French language to join the international and diverse team of our client. In this role, you will support the field sales team by creating and coordinating customer offers and managing sales-related data. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer information and sales processes within SAP, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with the preparation of tenders and other sales-related documentation.
• Create and coordinate offers for new and existing customers, particularly within the French market.
• Conduct needs assessments, manage pricing negotiations, and handle the preparation and follow-up of offers and contracts.
• Act as the main point of contact between the field service team and internal departments.
• Maintain and update customer data and sales-relevant information within the SAP system.
• Ensure proper archiving of documentation for audit purposes.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience or equivalent education in the commercial sector
• Relevant work experience in close collaboration with sales teams, with knowledge of the tendering process being advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Prior experience with SAP
• Fluency in French and English language, both in speaking and writing
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently
• A positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential to success in this role
