As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate, you will oversee the assessment of product complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing minor deviations and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the Product Complaint Inspection (PCI) area, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product complaint assessments following internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and take ownership of minor deviations related to PCI activities.
  • Maintain and develop training materials for PCI processes.
  • Prepare and manage departmental performance metrics and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Perform complaint investigations, including return sample inspections and safety feature verifications.
  • Collaborate with corporate quality surveillance teams, external partners, and assessors to resolve product complaints.
  • Review and approve procedures and work instructions to meet corporate, site, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Support various projects and improvement initiatives at the site.
  • Participate in internal audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections related to product complaint handling.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a related QA role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
