Warehouse Business Specialist | English

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse business systems to ensure seamless production and supply chain operations. You will take ownership of critical processes, from design and validation to implementation and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring that all warehouse system processes and solutions align with the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key elements of warehouse business process blueprints and system templates.
  • Lead warehouse system activities throughout all project phases, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, migration, training, and deployment.
  • Ensure that warehouse systems remain fully functional to support production and supply chain operations, optimizing processes over time.
  • Coordinate with Site SMEs, Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) teams, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process maps.
  • Take responsibility for validating warehouse system tasks and managing associated documents and assessments.
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of warehouse systems, including strategy development, role definition, test execution, and approvals.
  • Manage warehouse system training materials, user roles, and documentation, and perform periodic audits for accuracy.
  • Act as a change assessor for CCMS-related updates, maintaining strong communication with global and site teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging new technologies, best practices, and trends.
  • Contribute to the success of network collaborations by sharing insights and supporting the overall objectives of the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience in the field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing or distribution, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS design and implementation, particularly in WM/EWM.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and ability to visualize and optimize these workflows.
  • Proven ability to gather, negotiate, and communicate business requirements effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable working under pressure or in teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering tangible results.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong technical writing skills.
  • Experience working in international matrix environments, influencing and driving change.
