Our client is a global company in specific electrical materials and components. They are in an exciting phase of opening their Dutch office in Eindhoven and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance& Order Administrator to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

As a Finance & Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the company. Your primary duties will include administering invoices, maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, processing bank transfers, managing stock control processes, overseeing supplier contracts, administering payroll, liaising with auditors, and preparing monthly management accounts. You will also be responsible for communicating with tax authorities, scanning, filing, and logging financial documents, and updating our computerized accounting systems. Additionally, you will assist with other tasks such as order processing/management. The additional tasks will give you a gerat overview of the whole company and you will be involved in the business even on a deeper level. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Completed MBO (vocational degree) or higher in a related field such as bookkeeping, accounting, business administration or economics
  • Fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus
  • A couple of years of experience in transaction processing in the Netherlands
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Possess strong analytical, methodical, and thorough work approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications; sound knowledge of Finance and reporting systems (e.g. SAGE / SAP)
  • Organized self-starter who can prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines

The way of working:
This is an onsite role where you are asked to come to the office every day. This can be both full-time (40h/w) and part-time (24-32h/w). The office hours is between 8:30-17:00 with 30 mins lunch break. They offer parking spots.
