  • Process and manage orders while ensuring smooth flow across all systems.
  • Be the go-to person for order-related queries from colleagues across departments like Customer Service, Export, and Logistics.
  • Resolve stock discrepancies and other issues in close collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Keep order information up-to-date and step in to improve processes proactively.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance team by processing invoices, managing transactions, and handling payments.
  • Investigate financial discrepancies and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Be the first point of contact for financial questions from both customers and colleagues.
  • Work closely with other teams to provide timely and accurate information.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • MBO-level education with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, as you’ll interact with an international client base.
  • Proficient with various software tools and order management systems.
  • Good understanding of financial processes and regulations.
  • Available to work 24 to 28 hours per week, with Friday as a mandatory workday.

Salary Benefits:

Work Conditions:

  • Competitive salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,500 per month, depending on experience.
