Customer Support & Sales Representative | French & Dutch (B2+)

For our clients office for the Benelux market, we are currently looking for a new fulltime colleague:
Your valuable role will be:
- You are the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- You provide product advice and support to dealers, stores, users, and colleagues.
- You manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and communicate any changes to customers.
- You collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to manage and grow sales and profitability within the assigned area.
- You proactively identify sales opportunities and convert them into sales.
- You build strong relationships with dealers and stores in the territory.
- You conduct regular visits to dealers and stores with field colleagues.
- You actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
What you have to offer:
- Your language proficiency includes excellent French (native or near-native), B2+ level Dutch, and English.
- Being passionate about cycling is a big plus and will make your workday more fun.
- Your customer service skills are outstanding.
- You exhibit a proactive, sales-oriented approach.
- Your mindset is solution-focused with a can-do attitude.
- Your educational background is at MBO+ level.
- You have prior experience in B2B customer interactions.
- Your IT proficiency encompasses MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics CRM, and JDE.
