Financial Administrator | French

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial processes, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks and managing accounts receivable. You will primarily handle the financial accounts for France. Your ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle daily communication with customers and internal contacts via email and phone • Create and maintain customer data in ERP systems and on the website • Assess customer creditworthiness • Set and manage payment terms and credit limits • Provide backup support for financial operations in Belgium and the Netherlands • Manage customer discount programs • Process incoming payments • Oversee and follow up on the collection process • Track and monitor outstanding invoices

Requirements:

• At least some years of experience in financial administration or accounts receivable management, or a similar role.• In-depth knowledge of French financial administration practices.• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in either language.• Strong proficiency in financial software and office applications.• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong communication skills.
