ICT Support Engineer

As an ICT support engineer, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional technical support to our customers. You'll tackle the challenges of swiftly resolving client issues, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to innovative IT projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our network performance is monitored and user accounts are efficiently managed.Responsibilities:

• Customer support: provide technical assistance and resolve client issues promptly.
• System maintenance: ensure the smooth operation and reliability of IT systems.
• Project contribution: actively participate in IT projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Network monitoring: oversee network performance to prevent and address disruptions.
• Account management: handle user accounts and access rights, maintaining security and user satisfaction.
