As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the European Data Center. Your responsibilities will include performing hardware diagnostics, managing incidents, and collaborating closely with the Data Center Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and successful project completions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostics on hardware and perform component replacements as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

• Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents promptly, supporting daily operations within the Data Center.

• Task Prioritization: Use a ticketing system to prioritize, track, and manage tasks efficiently, working in close coordination with the Data Center Manager.

• Project Assistance: Contribute to project work and assist with scheduling coordination to support various initiatives.

• On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as required to maintain uninterrupted service.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Center Management.

• Proficient in network cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and component replacement.

• Experienced in using ticketing systems for task management and incident tracking.

• Highly organized with exceptional coordination skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
