As a Cloud Support Agent, you will work closely with your own team as well as with various other departments within the company to find the right solutions and deliver high-quality support to our partners. You will be supporting the French-speaking partner network with questions regarding the offered cloud services. This includes various services such as Office, Backup & Recovery, Monitoring, Security, and many others. You can easily translate existing situations at end customers into the appropriate cloud service, allowing you to then assist our partners in implementing and delivering these cloud services.

Requirements:

What we expect from you:

  • Possess Microsoft knowledge (Office 365, CSP, Azure).
  • Have at least an MBO-level of education and thinking.
  • Be capable of working independently while also being a team player.
  • Be customer-oriented and work efficiently.
  • Be proficient in the French language, both spoken and written.
  • Have a strong foundational knowledge in IT and be willing to quickly adapt to various cloud solutions.
  • Possessing an Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus.
