Customer Service Representative | Danish

As a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative you will:
- Have mainly B2B contact with the company dealers and partners via email and over the phone
- Reach out to these businesses yourself, ensuring that their needs are met and up-sell and cross-sell when needed
- Accurately insert information in the company system
Requirements:
You are the person they are looking for if you:
- Speak excellent Danish and Dutch (at least B2-level a MUST)
- Are available to work minimum 32 hours a week (40 hours would be preferred)
- Live in the area of Dieren, or have concrete plans of moving there (and already have a valid work permit)
- Have an HBO/MBO degree or equivalent thinking level
- You have technical knowledge/affinity and you are strong in client contacts
- You are proactive and not afraid of picking up the phone and reaching out to people
