We offer you a very quiet, cozy, safe and nice place to stay. You can count on modern facilities like free Wi-Fi, intercom, flat screen smart TV, working desk, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine incl. dryer. All rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of storage space.

You will sleep in a light and spacious 20 m2 private bedroom with a king size bed (1.60 x 2.00), anti-allergy bedding, spacious cupboards, a wardrobe and a private study desk. The central heating in the room has a separate heating point. Besides a quiet living room with lounge sofa you can stay comfortable in the spacious dining room with a table for six or more. The kitchen connects the living room with the dining room and is fully furnished and equipped with every practical item possible: refrigerator, microwave/oven, freezer, juicer, dishwasher, Senseo and espresso coffee machine. From the living room you look through a large window to the French balcony and the courtyard of the complex. The staircase leads into the hallway with a pantry. Here are a wardrobe with a large cupboard and shoe storage, the stepladder, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. In the locked shed outside you store your bike.

The basic rent includes the rent of the studio and common areas incl. use of ( domestic) equipment, furniture and furnishings, upkeep of the property, insurance, operating costs. Charges for internet, prepayments for energy ( gas / electricity ) & water, municipal taxes are based on an estimate normal use per person. Should you use, together with the other tenants, more electricity, gas and/or water we will charge you the rest at the end of your renting period, after receipt of the annual report or we invoice monthly based on the actual costs.

Conveniently situated near major public transportation, it is only a 20-minute bike ride from down town Rotterdam, to the Erasmus University and even less to the Hogeschool Rotterdam/Codarts or the business centre of Rotterdam. There are also many local cafes, bakery, restaurants and bars and a shopping mall within only 200 m of the apartment.

Please keep in mind that we only rent the apartment fully furnished. So you should only bring your clothes and some personal things. The apartment is more than complete; you can't bring any furniture or change anything in the apartment.

Financial requirements | We will do a (financial) credibility check on our tenants. Therefore we need (financial) information before we can rent the room to you, such as IDs, proof of registration at the university if you are a student.
