House rules for this listing:
1. It is not allowed to make changes to the walls, ceilings, floors, windows and blinds. The upholstery and walls need to remain intact and in its original state. It is prohibited to make holes in the walls, tiles and floors or paint the walls.
2. Filters in the sinks need to be used at all times to prevent food waste clogging the drainage.
3. House parties and other disturbing activities are not allowed.

Total monthly rent composition:
- Basic netto rent: €2100,-
- Service fee: €90,-
- Electricity and gas: €160,- (yearly settled according to actual usage)

- Internet (optional, depending on plan): €60,-

- The estimated length of your stay.
- Copies of IDs of all tenants that will reside in the apartement.
