For rent: Furnished apartment at Rotterdam Lombardijen ( for max. 3 persons with registration). Rent is 2300 euro per month not including gas/water/electricity, internet and all other cost! You have to apply the gas/water/electricity by Eneco or Essent with your own name, the invoice is directly send to you! From previous tenants g/w/e is around 360 euro or less per month ( depends your usage)! The Internet is 40 euro monthly, you pay to us + cleaning 100 euro (every 2 weeks the shared areas will be cleaned) = 2440 euro per month.

Extra cost; waste tax/water tax is not including the rent, after when you are registered , you will receive the invoices from the municipality's.

The location of the apartment is within walk distance a few minutes at NS Rotterdam Lombardijen station.

We require a 2 monthly rent deposit. Rent needs to be paid in advance before the start of the month.
