Tuin van Noord is a project of a newly reconstructed building of apartments in one of the oldest judicial buildings of the Netherlands (the prison and courthouse). The central station and the city centre are 1 km. It is a gorgeous, quiet and safe area.

The 50 m2 apartment is on the second floor. The apartment has a hallway with a separate toilet, open kitchen, living room, bedroom and loggia.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/ microwave, induction stove, hood, fridge and freezer, water cooker and kitchenware.
The loggia 5 m2 is south-orientated.
The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom, and there is a separate space for a washing machine.
The living room and bedroom have plenty of sunlight due to the floor-to-ceiling length windows.
The apartment has floor heating and a mechanical air system; therefore, the apartment is excellent isolated and energy-saving.
There is a communal bike garage on the ground floor for the inhabitants of the apartment complex.
