- Represent the Co-manufacturers QFS function in all CoMan projects;
- Connect to quality managers, ensure QFS inputs are well-established and understood by different departments and Co-manufacturers.
- Participate in technical review and risk assessment, provide quality insights, and work closely with the project team and Co-manufacturers to ensure all the non-conformities are properly addressed in the project plan;
- Work closely with R&I department and co-manufacturers for root cause analysis of the non-conformities, set-up action plan to update the label and/or re-develop the recipes;
- Follow up trials and relevant evaluations with R&I department and Co-manufacturers to ensure the re-developed recipes meet all quality requirements, provide inputs for risk assessment and/or solutions;
- Update the finished product specification with the R&I department and Co-manufacturers after the recipe modification;
- Support product registration and work closely with the operation team to ensure a smooth product commercialization after the label and/or recipe adjustment.
You will receive a temporary contract for 9 months through our agency, with the possibility of extension.
The salary indication for this role is a maximum of €5700,- gross per month based on a full-time work week. Salary is based on education and experience;
- 30 vacation days (based on a full-time annual contract);
- Travel expenses.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree in a food technical or quality-related discipline;
* Bachelor with at least 3 years or Master with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
* Ability to work independently with little supervision to achieve results effectively;
* Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and external parties;
* Good planning and organization skills and the ability to handle different tasks at the same time; previous experience in project management is a plus;
* Be able to take the lead in times of challenges and structure scenarios for resolution and mitigation to steer decision;
* Good MS Office skills;
* Good communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

You will also work on reviewing each product in the portfolio to ensure they are all in line with the latest FSMP legislation. At the same time, you will work on adjusting all our products to ensure continuous adherence to internal and external quality standards.
