Customer Service Representative

  • Enable and support external links with sales, product management, finance, operations, customs, warehouse.
  • Act as the key point of contact towards external and internal customers in a strategic, active and supporting position.
  • Carry out order administration tasks.
  • Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
  • Proactively manages customer's satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Supporting the transport planning department every now and then.

Requirements:

  • MBO graduated.
  • 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Administration.
  • Good knowledge of the English language both oral and written. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Aaccurate, solution oriented, a strong communicator
  • Available 40 hours a week
