- Enable and support external links with sales, product management, finance, operations, customs, warehouse.
- Act as the key point of contact towards external and internal customers in a strategic, active and supporting position.
- Carry out order administration tasks.
- Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
- Proactively manages customer's satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Supporting the transport planning department every now and then.
Requirements:
- MBO graduated.
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Administration.
- Good knowledge of the English language both oral and written. Other languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Aaccurate, solution oriented, a strong communicator
- Available 40 hours a week
