HR Business Partner – Dutch & English

Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.To expand their team, they are looking for an HR Business Partner to help them with onboarding and retention activities. In the role, you will work closely with our client’s other HR Business Partners and you will be reporting to the HR Manager.Job Profile for HR Business Partner
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Point of contact, advisor and sparring partner for operational management 
• Responsible for adequate implementation of the policy with a focus on an excellent Employee Life Cycle of employees, involving but not limited to onboarding, retention and outflow of employees
• Participate in the rollout of global projects within the organisation 
• Travel to other office locations to join meetings occasionally
• Execute various duties at both operational and tactical levels
• Provide support to other HR Business Partners within the organisation

Candidate Profile for HR Business Partner

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Completed college education
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a consulting role in a dynamic business organisation
• Experience with project-based work and preferably rolling out and translating global HR projects
• Socially adept and able to interact quickly at different levels
• Must be approachable, inspiring and entrepreneurial with a clear vision for HR
