Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.They are now looking for an HR Assistant to join their HR team in Tilburg or Almere. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR related matters
- Engage in various operational HR-related tasks, such as proper recording of personnel records, file creation, drafting of employment contracts and processing of absence and leave policies
- Implement and monitor personnel policies
- Ensure timely and correct processing of deviations
Candidate Profile for HR Assistant
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level in HR field
- A degree in Human Resource Management or Personnel and Labour is an added value
- Knowledge of terms and understanding of processes in the employment and personnel field
- Know-how to process personnel administration - accuracy for error-free and efficient processing of information
- Initiative personality, people and result oriented
