Junior E-commerce Manager | German

As a (Junior) E-commerce Manager, you’ll need to see the bigger picture. You’ll be the go-to expert across different e-commerce areas, understanding how they interconnect. You’ll report directly to the International Business Development Manager, ensuring your work aligns with broader company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively brainstorm ideas for improving the webshop, identifying opportunities and suggesting relevant enhancements.
- Map out the customer journey and recommend improvements to optimize their experience.
- Monitor the performance of various systems, spotting potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, providing input to enhance the webshop.
- Coordinate actions across different departments.
- Attend monthly meetings with other (Junior) E-commerce Managers.
- Prepare and lead KPI meetings.
- Assist the Customer Service team by handling customer interactions, processing orders, managing returns, etc.
- Supervise the Customer Service team.
- Oversee debt management coordination.
- Ensure the right content (products) is uploaded to the webshop.
- Communicate and collaborate with external German partners.
- Provide translations and German texts for the webshop.
- Analyze and utilize various online sales channels in collaboration with the Web Development team.
- Contact customers based on requested lighting plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is a big plus for the internal communication)
- You have your own transportation
- You have a valid working permit
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Ability to maintain an overview of your work and various processes, with strong prioritization skills.
- A team player with a knack for collaboration and organization.
- Analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a commercial background.
- Preferably, experience in an e-commerce environment.
