Your job as an International HR Business Partner:
As an International HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies across our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass providing strategic HR guidance to our headquarters and sales companies in the EMEA region. You will work on a broad spectrum of HR areas, including talent acquisition, reward strategies, performance management, learning and development, employer branding, and employment contract matters. This dynamic role demands a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams and General Managers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide HR support to HQ and Sales Companies.
  • Offer proactive HR advice and best practices on diverse HR topics.
  • Act as an HR advisor for General Managers on HR and business matters, such as Compensation & Benefits.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of HR practices and processes to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
  • Develop and execute the international Compensation & Benefits strategy for the group.
  • Lead and facilitate EMEA-wide HR projects such as succession planning, talent mapping, and leadership programs.

What do you bring to the table?
You are a versatile HR professional with a keen interest in Compensation & Benefits and a strong ability to connect with people. Your structured and analytical approach ensures alignment with business goals, while your cultural sensitivity helps you build trust and effective relationships. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience in an international environment.
  • Strong affinity with Compensation & Benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English, both spoken and written.
  • Hands-on experience with Dutch labour law (European labour law matters are a plus)

  • Salary up to €6.100 gross (based on 37,5 hours).
