We recruit multilingual professionals from junior to executive level in a range of different industries. Fluency in any language, particularly but not limited to either French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or others would prove as useful as you may be recruiting candidates with these languages.

You'll have strong influencing skills and will thrive in a role offering scope for networking and building great relationships with candidates and clients alike. You will enjoy the adrenaline and buzz of working at a fast pace - that's a given in recruitment!

Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Register vacancies and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise company database and external platforms, networking sites, and social media for candidate search.
• Identify potential candidates and manage the talent pool.
• Assess candidates through CV review, phone interviews, and video or personal interviews.
• Manage candidate and client expectations, providing feedback consistently.
• Coordinate full verification and screening as per client requirements.
• Meet targets by successfully placing candidates for permanent and contract positions.
• Business development - Seek new clients through leads and networking or enhance opportunities with existing clients.
• Attend networking events

Profile:
 

• Fluency in English and an additional language: Dutch, or French, or German.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated, tenacious and determined with a strong sense of urgency
• Goal orientated and solutions focused
• Business acumen - Sales affinity
• Efficient administration skills to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Hardworking, committed, and enthusiastic.
